The King of Soho is a London Dry Gin distilled in the heart of London using traditional methods; a complex spirit crafted with 12 botanicals to our unique flavour profile. The beautiful design of the bottle embodies the characteristics that make Soho unique. This premium quality gin is bespoke, smooth and full-bodied; soft juniper, coriander, with a high presence of citrus ingredients including grapefruit peel, balanced by angelica root and cassia. While remaining true to its London Dry heritage it has a delicate combination of sweetness, citrus and earthiness and a hint of grapefruit bitterness on the back of the palate. This Gin has clean and gentle nose which belies its strength that opens up to reveal classic juniper and pine notes with a refreshing zest of citrus oil. The tangy grapefruit reluctantly gives way to soft warming spice.A modern classic, it is complex yet harmonious and ideal for cocktails and drinks where the spirit is King. With this great tasting gin we celebrate the Spirit of Soho! |
Botanist 46%
An exciting and unusual gin from Islay whisky distillery Bruichladdich, The Botanist is made in a Lomond still christened Ugly Betty and contains no fewer than 31 botanicals, of which 22 are native to the Southern Hebridean island itself. These latter include the likes of mugwort, meadowsweet and the enigmatic Lady's Bedstraw flowers, and the resultant dry gin is described, perhaps unsurprisingly, as 'floral'. Winner of TWE Spirit of the Year 2013-14
Hendricks 41.4%
A superb, and utterly unique, pink-tinged gin from William Grant's. Infused with rose petals and cucumber as well as the normal botanicals, this is a must for all gin-lovers. In the Summertime, Hendrick's makes a fantastically refreshing Gin & Tonic: serve in a tall glass with plenty of ice and garnish with thinly-sliced cucumber - delicious!
Edinburgh
43%
Edinburgh Gin is produced by the Spencerfield Spirits Co, who have created a modern Scottish gin in the time-honoured fashion, including unusual botanicals such as heather and milk thistle. A very easy-drinking gin. Monkey 47 47%
An unusual gin from the Black Forest in Germany, Monkey 47 contains a unique ingredient. No, not that! Cranberries! The 47 comes from the number of botanicals that go into this unique gin, and the fact it's bottled at a healthy 47%. This plethora of ingredients has paid off, and in 2011 Monkey 47 won the World Spirits Award Gold in the Gin category and Gold for best in class for the Gin Worldwide at the International Wine and Spirits Competition London. Not bad!
Martin Millers 40%
Excellent small-batch pot still gin, blended with extra-pure Icelandic spring water. Martin Miller's gin is rated at 94 points (Exceptional) by the Beverage Tasting Institute. Bloom 40%
Bloom Gin is a superb London Dry Gin produced by Greenall's and named "Bloom" in reference to the floral nature of its botanicals: honeysuckle, pomelo and chamomile. In 2010 it was awarded a Platinum Medal at the World Spirits Competition. |
Caorunn

Boe 47%
The subtleties of Boe Superior Gin are all in the selection and preparation of its botanicals - that fine balance of herbs and spices so crucial to its distinctive taste and quality. Juniper berries and their flavoursome oils are at the heart of our gin distillation, but it takes many more elements to make Boe Superior Gin special. There is the aromatic Coriander and Angelica. Boe Gin includes Ginger, Orris Root and Cassia Bark - or Chinese cinnamon as it’s sometimes known, one of the oldest of all spices. Warmth and flavour come from the Grains of Paradise. Orange and Lemon peel are there too, together with Cardamom Seeds, Liquorice, Almonds and the peppery tones of the Cubeb Berry. And the taste? Clean, spiced and strikingly refreshing. Perfect with a wedge of orange.
